I have heard of this site and heard its of, and in accordence to site rules I ask that you please also add the normal link also. I mean you may keep ur referral link, but also add http://www.linkreferral.com/ if you would so people have a choice.

linkreferral do need some efforts, similiar to "exchange" but its manual.
you list your website under your profile, each day members will click on the websites and view them.
Daily have a max 30 sites that you can view and 5 reviews on other site. the number of sites you view and reviews you do will improve your ranking within their "directory".. which means the higher the ranking of your site, the possibility of getting clicked and review is much higher.
